mdto.page provides a platform for users to upload, render, and share Markdown files. The Service allows you to convert raw Markdown text into visually rendered web pages that can be shared with others via a unique URL.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share through the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to share any content you upload.

You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, host, or transmit content that:

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. However, by setting your pages to be viewed publicly (which is the default nature of the Service), you agree to allow others to view your content.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. mdto.page expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall mdto.page, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
